Parcel delivery is the same for rent-to-own and purchases. Canadian addresses only. Typical arrival is 2-4 business days, hand delivered. You keep the unit unless you cancel a rent-to-own term as the refunds page allows.
Regular parcel delivery
Canadian deliveries go out as regular parcels and are hand delivered. Compact OlyLife devices travel in padded sleeves. Typical arrival is 2-4 business days after payment. Please provide buzzer, unit number, and elevator notes. Someone 18+ must receive the order.

Cleaning before dispatch
Every Pulse Platform is cleaned between rentals. We wipe the white housing, both metal foot plates, the black LED bar, and the power cord with hospital-grade disinfectant. Liquids never enter the electronics. Plates are inspected for scratches. A photo log is kept for each return. You receive a cleaned, checked unit. Do not submerge the platform. A slightly damp cloth is enough for light dust during your rental.
Early return
Purchases stay with you. Rent-to-own units come back to the office only if you cancel the term as the refunds page allows.

- Power off the LED bar before packing.
- Wipe dry, slide into the padded sleeve, keep the power cord with it.
- Arrive in office hours if a rent-to-own unit is coming back. Late returns can reduce a deposit refund.
