Equipment rental agreement
This agreement is between Elektromagnetic Corp ("we", "us") and the adult who completes checkout ("you"). By paying a rent-to-own installment, purchase price, or deposit you accept these terms.
1. Equipment
We supply OlyLife wellness devices as an authorized distributor. That includes the Tera-P90 stand-on platform (the unit we previously listed as the Pulse Platform), the Galaxy G-One, handheld wands, and other catalog items named on your confirmation. Serial numbers are recorded against each order. The equipment is wellness recovery hardware. It is not a licensed Health Canada medical device and is not provided as a treatment, diagnosis, or cure.
2. Who may order and use
- You must be 18 or older and able to contract in Ontario.
- Delivery is limited to addresses in Canada.
- Only people you list at checkout may operate the system.
- You confirm that no user has a contraindication listed on our site, including implanted electronic devices or pregnancy, unless a clinician has cleared that person in writing.
3. Term
The term starts on the start date in your confirmation. For rent to own, it runs for the stated schedule unless title transfers earlier. Early return does not create a refund unless our refund policy says otherwise.
4. Fees and deposit
You pay the amount due now, Ontario HST on that amount, and any refundable security deposit listed on your confirmation. The deposit is not a credit against later payments. We return it after inspection if the system is complete, undamaged, and returned on time when a return is due. We may deduct repair, missing-parts, deep-cleaning, or late-return costs.
5. Delivery by parcel
We arrange regular parcel delivery to the Canadian address you provide. Typical arrival is 2-4 business days after payment. Risk of loss transfers when the carrier hand delivers the unit to a person 18 or older at that address. You must give accurate buzzer, unit, and elevator notes. Failed delivery caused by access problems may be charged as a delivery attempt.
6. Care of the equipment
- Use indoors on a stable, dry floor.
- Stand with both bare feet on the metal plates unless staff tell you otherwise.
- Keep liquids away from the LED bar and housing seams.
- Do not open the housing or modify firmware.
- Do not submerge any part or use household chemicals on it.
- Keep it away from pets that may chew the cord.
7. Cleaning while you have the unit
You may dust with a dry or slightly damp cloth. We perform hospital-grade cleaning before dispatch. Heavily soiled returns may incur a cleaning fee of $75 CAD, or the full deposit if the unit cannot be returned to service.
8. Return
Power off the LED bar, dry the plates, pack the platform in the padded sleeve with the cord, and return it to our office during posted hours only if your confirmation or the refunds page requires a return. Office returns are the default when a unit must come back. We do not guarantee parcel pickup. Title never passes on a cancelled rent-to-own term until we agree otherwise in writing.
Rent to own
If your confirmation says rent to own, you pay the monthly amount for the stated term. First and last month are due before delivery. After the last on-time payment, title transfers to you and no return is due. Miss a payment and we may recover the unit or convert the remaining balance to a purchase invoice. Return the unit in good order before the term ends and remaining months are cancelled. Paid months are not refunded after delivery.
Purchase
If your confirmation says purchase, you pay the listed price plus HST. Title transfers after we receive payment and the carrier hand delivers the sealed or inspected unit to an adult at your Canadian address. There is no equipment return unless the refunds page says otherwise. Defects on arrival are handled under the refunds page.
9. Loss, theft, and damage
You are responsible for the replacement cost of the named device if it is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair while in your care. Report issues within 24 hours of noticing them.
10. No medical advice
Nothing on our site, in tutorials, or from staff is medical advice. Talk to a clinician before use. Stop and seek care if you feel unwell.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by Ontario law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or bodily injury caused by our negligence.
12. Cancellation
Cancellations follow the refund policy. We may cancel if inventory fails, a contraindication appears, or the delivery address is outside Canada. In those cases we refund fees and deposit in full.
13. Governing law
The laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario govern this agreement. Courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
