Refund and cancellation policy

Deposit

The security deposit is refunded after office inspection, usually within 5-10 business days, to the original payment method. Deductions may include missing accessories, impact damage, liquid damage, smoking odor, or late return of a rent-to-own unit.

Rent to own

• Cancel before parcel dispatch: full refund of first and last month and tax.
• After delivery: the first and last month already collected are kept. Remaining months stop if you return the unit in good order within 7 days.
• After 7 days the term continues unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Purchase

• Unopened, unused goods returned within 14 days of delivery: full refund minus outbound shipping if we already paid a carrier.
• Opened goods: no refund except a manufacturing defect we cannot replace.

Our cancellation

If we cannot deliver a working unit, we refund fees and deposit in full and help you rebook or choose another product.
